  • When should I go to the urgent care and when should I go to an ER?
If you feel that your condition is life threatening, then you should go the ER. Our Urgent Care centers treat a variety of illnesses and injuries such as upper respiratory infections, sore throats, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, abscesses, sprains, broken bones and lacerations. Chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe wounds, amputations, risk of stroke, loss of eyesight and overdose are just some examples of conditions that require emergent care.
  • Can I make an appointment?
No, we treat walk-ins on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do our best to keep your waiting to a minimum. However, since urgent care can be needed at any time, there may be times where your wait time is longer than normal.
  • Why should I visit an urgent care instead of seeing my regular physician?
We are not a substitute for your primary care physician. We are simply here to serve as your resource for unexpected illnesses or injuries that may occur when you are unable to see your own doctor or for after hour care such as evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Do you treat children?
We treat children and adults of any age.
  • Do you offer x-rays at your facilities?
Yes, we have state-of-the-art digital equipment at each facility
  • What types of insurance do you accept?
We accept most medical insurance plans including Medicare.  If you are covered by more than one plan, please  bring all insurance cards and information.
  • What type of payment do you accept?
We accept most types of insurance, as well as cash, credit/debit cards and personal checks.
  • What should I bring with me?
You should bring your insurance card(s) and a government issued photo ID. If you regularly take prescription medication, it may be helpful to bring it with you. You may also want to bring along copies of the results of any recent medical tests that you may have had.
